※If the celebrities are unable to come to Japan due to unforesseen circumstances, the cost of the photoshoot session tickets, companion tickets and autograph session tickets will be refunded.

※Refunds for the photoshoot session tickets and the autograph session tickets will only be provided if there is a natural disaster or if the organizer cancels the event, which the refund policy will be announced. No refunds for other reasons.

※The companion ticket is the ticket that allow to perticipate the photoshoot session with a person who has the photoshoot session ticket.

※Companions can not enter with only the companion tickets. Please be sure to enter the celebrity area with a person who has the photoshoot session ticket.

※Even if participants are elementary school children or younger, the companion ticket is also required if they are more than 3 children.(Please refer to the "example 3")

※Up to 2 tickets can be used together with the photoshoot session ticket.(maximum number: 3 adults and 2 children)

※If the celebrities are unable to come to Japan due to unforesseen circumstances, the cost of the companion ticket will be refunded. Refunds for the admissions tickets will only be provided if there is a natural disaster or if the organizer cancels the event, which the refund policy will be announced. ※One photo will be distributed per one photoshoot ticket.

※Cosplayers who want to participate the photoshoot session must be registered in advance. Please bring the cosplay certificate and line up by the specified photoshoot time.

※Please understand the following items are not permitted on the premises.

• Sharp items
• Props that look like weapons
• Large costumes
• Costumes that would cause a disturbance to others
• Masks that cover the entire face.

※Staff may judge your costume to be dangerous to others or may cause a disturbance to others. In this case, entry can not be guaranteed.

※When staff judge your costume to be dangerous to others or discriminatory expression, photography in that costume may not be allowed.

※The rules may change depending on the intention of the celebrities.
