Regarding Tickets

Is a single admission ticket valid for three days?

No. One admission ticket is valid for one person for one day.
In addition, we have released “3DAY PASS” newly this year.The ticket that you can use for 3 days through.

What are the photo and autograph session tickets?

Apart from admission tickets, these tickets grant access to photography and autograph sessions with guest celebrities.

I bought a photo/autograph session ticket. Do I still need to buy an admission ticket?

You need an admission ticket in addition to a photo session or autograph session ticket.

I bought a wrong ticket. Can I get a refund?

Tickets are not refundable regardless of reasons. No change or refund is available for purchased tickets.
Please make sure that you buy the right ticket.

Can I get a refund if a guest celebrity cancel his/her visit?

Refund is available for the ticket for a relevant photo/autograph session.
Please be advised that admission tickets are not refundable.

Does a caregiver assisting a person with disabilities need to buy an admission ticket?

No.No discount is provided for persons with disabilities, but an admission fee for one caregiver is waived.

Photo sessions

Can I take a photo in a costume?

Yes. Sign up for cosplay and put on your costume in advance before standing in line for a photo session. Make sure that you have enough time to change your clothes and be ready in time for a photo session.

Can I take a photo of actors with my camera?

Photos will be taken by professional photographers on site.

Is there any way to have photo data?

A digital data of the photograph can be purchased through data service. ※Data uploading may take a day depending on the number of visitors we get at the photo session.

Can I ask actors for hugs?

Asking for hugs/specific poses is prohibited.

Can I bring props in the photo booth?

Cosplayers will not be allowed to bring props to the photo and signing areas.

Any articles judged by our staff to be dangerous will be kept in our storage area.

Autograph sessions

Can I photograph celebrities during signing?

Taking still and moving pictures with your own camera is prohibited in the signing/photographing area.

Notes on autograph sessions

We kindly ask for your understanding that Cerebrity's photo shooot sessions and autograph sessions might be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.
No picture shooting(including movie) is not allowed in Autograph session and Photoshooting areas.
Dates, insertion of specific lines/phrases are NOT and cannot be included in the autograph.
Please refrain from giving gifts directly to actors. There will be a box at the site to place such gifts, thus if you have any gifts ready please place them in the box.
Please take care handling your autograph. It may get blurred/stained if touched while wet. Be careful when you place it in your bag.
※We will not be able to re-write your autograph in such cases.
There will be plastic bags ready at the site. Please feel free to use them to take home your autographs.
Pens will be ready in colors of black, blue, silver, gold, and bronze.
Ticket holders must be in line before the beginning of each autograph session.
The line will be formed on a first-come basis, NOT by the number listed on the ticket. The MC will be making announcement calls when time comes for each autograph session.
Children in elementary school or below may accompany the ticket holder.

Othres

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes. However, please eat and drink only in the food and beverage area.

Can I smoke (e-cigarettes) in the venue?

Smoking is prohibited in the venue.
In order to prevent passive smoking, the use of electronic cigarettes is also prohibited indoors.
Please smoke in designated outdoor smoking areas.

Who should I contact if I have lost something?

If you find your lost item during the exhibition or at the venue, please come to the Information Center in the venue.
Any items found after the exhibition is over will be handed over to the “police station with jurisdiction. Valuables will be handed over to the police.
