東京コミックコンベンション（代表取締役社長：後藤 武彦）は、2025年5月2日（金）～5月4日（日・祝）までの3日間、インテックス大阪（大阪市住之江区）にて「大阪コミックコンベンション2025」（以下、「大阪コミコン2025」）の最終ステージスケジュール情報を発表いたしました。

開催までついに1週間となった、アメコミ、映画、ポップ・カルチャーの一大祭典「大阪コミコン2025」。第3回目の大阪開催となる今年はサン・カン氏、マッツ・ミケルセン氏、ヒュー・ダンシー氏、エミリー・ラッド氏、ダニエル・ローガン氏、クリスティーナ・リッチ氏、エドワード・ファーロング氏、ニコラス・ケイジ氏、ビル・スカルスガルド氏、新田真剣佑氏ら10名の豪華セレブが来場し、ステージイベントやサイン会・撮影会を通じてファンと交流を行います！

つい先日には、コミコン情報を最速でゲットできるコミコン公式アプリ「コミコンジャパン」が誕生し、さらに参加しやすくなったコミコン。サイン・撮影会、ステージ情報等がわかりやすくなり、一段とスケジュールが組みやすくなった今年は、いつも以上にステージイベントを楽しんでください！「大阪コミコン2025」ではセレブ・ステージをはじめ、奇しくも本日4月25日（金）劇場公開の向井理氏×関口メンディー氏登壇のシネマステージ『パリピ孔明THE MOVIE』ガチャピン・ムックコラボSPや、多彩なコスプレイヤーが一堂に集まり、お気に入りのキャラクターのコスプレやバウンドコーデを披露する「コスプレコレクション」、松本梨香氏、佐咲紗花氏、谷本貴義氏、きただにひろし氏、bless4ら出演のコミコン初となる本格的なアニソンライブなど様々なステージをお届け！

一方の特設リングステージでは、「部屋とYシャツと私」等のヒット曲で知られる平松愛理氏が来場、オープニングスペシャルライブを開催するほか、『僕のヒーローアカデミア』の公式スピンオフ作品TVアニメ『ヴィジランテ -僕のヒーローアカデミア ILLEGALS-』の監督を務める鈴木健一氏と主人公・灰廻航一の声優を務める梅田修一朗氏によるスペシャルトークショーを実施いたします！

伊藤英明氏、「大阪コミコン2025」に参加決定！

『海猿』シリーズ、『悪の教典』、『TOKYO VICE』、最近ではDMMTVのドラマ『ドンケツ』の出演が話題の伊藤英明氏が「大阪コミコン2025」に参加します。もともとスター・ウォーズやアクション・フィギュア等のファンであり、プライベートでも東京コミコンに遊びに来ていたという伊藤氏。今回は５月２日（金）の14:15～14:45、メインステージで行われる伊藤英明in映画『ブリスター！』公開25周年記念トークショーに参加します。『ブリスター！』は2000年に公開された、アクション・フィギュアのコレクターを描いた青春映画。伊藤氏は本作の主役をつとめました。公開後も熱狂的なファンがいる本作の思い出を監督の須賀大観氏、当時製作に関わっていた杉山すぴ豊氏と振り返ります。また「大阪コミコン2025」の会場では伊藤氏が所有する、ニコラス・ケイジ氏出演の『60セカンズ』に登場したマスタングを再現した車も展示予定です。

「大阪コミコン2025」がセレブとお客様と一緒に世界記録に挑みます。５月４日（日・祝）の10：30～11:00はNetflix『ONE PIECE』（ワンピース）で共演した新田真剣佑氏とエミリー・ラッド氏が登壇する特別ステージを開催。これを記念して観覧者の皆様と一緒に、麦わら帽子を使ったギネス世界記録™に挑戦する特別企画「麦わら帽子を被った最多人数/ Largest gathering of people wearing straw hats」を実施いたします。５月４日（日・祝）に「大阪コミコン2025」に入場される方はどなたでも参加できます。さあゴールデンウィークに素敵なセレブと世界一を目指しませんか？

The Artist Alley is one of Comic Con’s most popular areas, where internationally acclaimed comic artists, animators, and illustrators showcase and sell their work. As always, top names from Marvel, DC Comics, and other global publishers will appear—offering fans opportunities for commissions, signings, and purchases of original artwork and merchandise.

Leading the charge is C.B. Cebulski, Editor-in-Chief of Marvel Comics and a beloved regular of Japan’s Comic Cons. Joining him for the first time in Osaka is legendary artist Bob Layton, whose iconic work on Iron Man and Ant-Man has left a lasting impact on the MCU. Also confirmed is Michael Golden, known for his work on numerous titles since the 1970s, including Star Wars comics.

A rare opportunity to interact directly with these legendary artists—don’t miss out!

On the domestic front, Koji Inada, the acclaimed illustrator of DRAGON QUEST: The Adventure of Dai and Beet the Vandel Buster, will make his convention debut at Osaka Comic Con! The long-awaited Osaka Comic Con 2025 stage schedule has arrived! On this year’s main stage, celebrity talk shows will be held featuring Nicolas Cage, Bill Skarsgård, Mackenyu Arata, Christina Ricci, and more. Popular actor Hideaki Ito is also scheduled to appear on stage!
Additionally, the “Cosplay Collection”, which was well-received at Tokyo Comic Con 2024 last year, and a special performance by avant-garde dance group Avangardey will take place in Osaka. Famous voice actors such as Noriko Hidaka, Akio Otsuka, and Junya Enoki will also take the stage.
Moreover, for the first time ever at Comic Con, a full-fledged anisong stage titled “Osaka Comic Con × Anisong Live” will be held on Friday, May 2 and Saturday, May 3, delivering an exciting variety of stage content worthy of the Golden Week celebration!

Meanwhile, the Special Ring Stage will feature an opening live performance by Eri Hiramatsu, known for hits like “Heya to Y-shirts to Watashi,” a talk show by Shoji Kawamori, director of the Macross series and producer of the Osaka Expo’s theme project, and special matches by STARDOM, the world’s largest women’s professional wrestling organization!
Across three days, we will offer an unbeatable lineup full of content sure to entertain every attendee.

(President: Takehiko Goto) has announced new celebrity guest information for “Osaka Comic Convention 2025” (hereinafter referred to as “Osaka Comic Con 2025”), which will be held for three days from Friday, May 2 to Sunday, May 4 (national holiday), 2025 at INTEX Osaka (Suminoe-ku, Osaka City).

Straw Hat Pirates Gathers at Osaka Comic Con 2025! Mackenyu Confirmed to Appear!

With Sun Kang, Mads Mikkelsen, Hugh Dancy, Emily Rudd, Daniel Logan, Christina Ricci, Edward Furlong, Nicolas Cage, and Bill Skarsgård already announced, Osaka Comic Con is expected to be a major success again this year. Now, with less than a month until the event, Mackenyu has been revealed as the final celebrity guest!
Mackenyu will attend the event on Saturday, May 3 and Sunday, May 4 (national holiday) and is scheduled to participate in photo sessions and autograph sessions at the venue.

A double-shot photo session with ONE PIECE live-action Nami actress Emily Rudd has also been confirmed! In addition, both actors will appear on stage together at 10:30 AM on the final day, Sunday, May 4 (national holiday).
Details regarding ticket sales for photo and autograph sessions will be announced at a later date.

Mackenyu began his acting career in Japan in 2014 and has appeared in major hit films such as Rurouni Kenshin: The Final (2021) and the Fullmetal Alchemist series (2022). In the film adaptation of the popular manga Chihayafuru trilogy (2016–2018), he won the Newcomer of the Year Award at the 40th Japan Academy Awards.
In recent years, Mackenyu has leveraged his bilingual skills, including fluent English, to pursue a global acting career. In 2023, he starred in his first Hollywood lead role in Knights of the Zodiac, also voicing his own character in the Japanese dubbed version—a testament to his impressive talents.
His rise continued with his casting as Roronoa Zoro, a main character in the live-action adaptation of Eiichiro Oda’s worldwide hit manga ONE PIECE. His agile action and excellent swordsmanship have earned him acclaim.

Mr. Cage will appear for two days on Saturday, May 3 and Sunday, May 4, and Mr. Skarsgård will appear for two days on Friday, May 2 and Saturday, May 3. They are scheduled to participate in photo and autograph sessions at the venue.

A world-famous and highly popular actor, Nicolas Cage began his film career in the early 1980s and has starred in numerous action films such as Con Air and Face/Off (both 1997), Gone in 60 Seconds (2000), and the National Treasure series (2004, 2007). He has also appeared in comic book films including the Ghost Rider series (2007, 2012), Kick-Ass (2010), The Flash (2024), and the animated film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018) as the voice of Spider-Man Noir (a role he is also expected to reprise in a live-action TV adaptation).

In addition to action roles, he has charmed moviegoers with heartfelt performances in films such as City of Angels (1998) and The Family Man (2000). In the romance film Leaving Las Vegas (1995, released in Japan in 1996), he won the Academy Award® for Best Actor.

Now 61 years old, Cage remains active at the forefront of film. In the suspense thriller Longlegs (2024), currently showing in Japanese theaters, he takes on the first serial killer role of his career. As an independent horror film, it has achieved the highest box office revenue in the U.S. in the past decade.

Notably, Cage married a Japanese woman in 2021, and he appears to be well-versed in Japanese culture. When he appeared on a variety show in the U.S., he performed a self-written “Udon Song” in Japanese, expressing his love for Japanese cuisine, which became a hot topic among fans in both the U.S. and Japan.

Furthermore, Akio Otsuka, who has frequently dubbed Cage’s roles in Japanese versions of his films, is also scheduled to participate in Osaka Comic Con as part of the “Noriko Hidaka’s Voice Actors” stage.

This will be the first time Bill Skarsgård visits Japan for a comic convention. Born in Sweden, he is 34 years old. His father, Stellan Skarsgård, is known for roles such as Bootstrap Bill Turner in the Pirates of the Caribbean series (2006, 2007) and Professor Selvig in the Thor series (2011, 2013, 2022). His brother, Alexander Skarsgård, is known for his appearances in True Blood (2008–2014) and Godzilla vs. Kong (2021), making them a prominent entertainment family in Scandinavia.

Bill made his Hollywood debut in The Divergent Series: Allegiant (2016), and the following year, he delivered a chilling performance as the terrifying clown Pennywise in the 2017 film adaptation of Stephen King’s IT. His portrayal of Pennywise, a character that evokes abnormal madness and charisma, left a lasting psychological impact on audiences.

In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he voiced the villain Kro in Eternals (2021). In 2023, he also drew attention for his intense performance as a villain in John Wick: Chapter 4. Skarsgård stars in the upcoming gothic horror romance Nosferatu, which has attracted attention for its star-studded cast including Lily-Rose Depp, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and Willem Dafoe. Additionally, he is set to reprise his role as Pennywise in the TV series IT: Welcome to Derry, a prequel that explores the origin of the character.

This year marks the third Osaka edition of the event, and leading the show as Main MCs will be the lively “Maru-MALU” combo!

Affectionately known by fans as “Yucchi,” Yuichi Nakamaru debuted in 2006 as a member of a popular idol group and has since made his mark across various fields—singing, acting, hosting music programs, and appearing on information shows as a commentator. Known for his unique talents in human beatboxing, fruit carving, and illustration, Nakamaru made his debut as a manga artist in 2023 with Yamada-kun no Zawameku Jikan in Monthly Afternoon, which was later published as a collected volume in January and exceeded 70,000 copies in circulation.
On his appointment, Nakamaru shared:

“I’ve been given the great honor of serving as the MC for Osaka Comic Con. It’s my first time hosting such a huge event with over 60,000 attendees, so I’ll be working through my nerves! Let’s enjoy this amazing three-day festival together!”

IMALU, a bilingual talent fluent in both Japanese and English, is well-known for her deep love of movies and music. She is also actively involved in animal welfare, often visiting dog and cat shelters. Passionate about social issues, IMALU hosts a discussion program that explores themes of identity, gender, relationships, and societal challenges. Her broad presence in variety shows, radio, and other media continues to earn her widespread admiration.

A wave of celebrity guest announcements for Osaka Comic Con 2025!

With the recent announcements of Sung Kang, Mads Mikkelsen, Hugh Dancy, Emily Rudd, and Daniel Logan attending, this year’s Osaka Comic Con is sure to be a massive hit once again. With less than a month to go, anticipation is growing for upcoming announcements such as stage schedules and exhibitor information. Now, the participation of Christina Ricci and Edward Furlong has officially been confirmed! Christina Ricci will appear on two days during the event, while Edward Furlong is scheduled to be present on all days. Photo sessions and autograph signings are planned at the venue during the event.

Christina Ricci began her acting career as a child and gained wide recognition for her role as Wednesday Addams, the cool-headed, intelligent, and dark-humored eldest daughter of the Addams family—complete with her signature braids—in the horror-comedy films The Addams Family (1991) and Addams Family Values (1993), co-starring Christopher Lloyd. She continued to build her filmography with a range of roles, including the friendly ghost hit Casper (1995) and indie cult favorite Buffalo ’66 (1998). Ricci also starred in several films with Johnny Depp, including Sleepy Hollow (1999) and The Man Who Cried (2000), which gained popularity in Japan as well.

Alongside her film career, Ricci has also appeared in television series such as Ally McBeal (1997–2002), Grey’s Anatomy (2006), and Pan Am (2011–2012). In 2022, the world was captivated by the release of Wednesday, a hit TV series based on the younger years of Wednesday Addams, Ricci’s iconic character. Ricci appeared in the series as Marilyn Thornhill, a botany teacher and the only “normie” at Nevermore Academy, delighting fans of the original films.

Edward Furlong skyrocketed to fame after being cast as the young John Connor in Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991), a global blockbuster that left a lasting mark on film history. His performance earned him the MTV Movie Award for Best Breakthrough Performance. His youthful looks and powerful performance drew widespread attention, especially in Japan, where he became even more popular than in his home country. He went on to star in a variety of films such as American History X (1998), Detroit Rock City (1999), The Green Hornet (2011), and Assault on Wall Street (2013), sharing the screen with renowned actors such as Kathy Bates, Tim Roth, Meryl Streep, and Liam Neeson.

Ricci and Furlong previously co-starred in John Waters’ 1998 comedy Pecker, making their upcoming reunion in Osaka a much-anticipated event for fans.

Sung Kang, who gained fame for his role as Han, the cool and calm driver in the iconic car action film “Fast & Furious: Tokyo Drift” (2006), has had a remarkable career. グランプリ作品であるkimu氏のメインビジュアルは、「大阪コミコン2025」の公式WEBサイトやパンフレットの表紙、コミコングッズ等で使用いたします。また副賞として、kimu氏には「大阪コミコン2025」にて作品の展示・販売を行うアーティストアレイコーナーでの出展ブース（1ブース）が授与されます。同コーナーは、マーベル・コミックやDCコミックスなどといったアメリカン・コミックスで活躍中のアーティストやクリエイターも毎年参加する、非常に人気のコーナーです。さらに「大阪コミコン2025」の会場内では、グランプリ作品のほか優秀賞も含めた全応募作品を展示予定！是非会場に直接足を運び、彩り豊かで迫力満点の作品をお楽しみください！

Admission ticket sales began today, February 7, 2025, at 12:00 PM(JST), and will continue until the scheduled number of tickets is sold out.

The 3-DAY PASS is priced at ¥8,800.
The advance admission tickets are priced as follows for each day:
General: ¥4,400
U-18 (under 18 years old): ¥1,000
U-15 (under 15 years old): ¥500

For reference:
If purchasing advance tickets separately for each day (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), the total would be ¥13,200 (¥4,400 per day).
If purchasing at the venue on the day of the event, the total would be ¥14,700 (¥4,900 per day).
However, the 3-DAY PASS offers a significantly better deal at ¥8,800!

Tokyo Comic Convention Co., Ltd. (President: Takehiko Goto) is pleased to announce that the “Osaka Comic Convention 2025” (hereafter referred to as “Osaka Comic Con 2025”) will be held over three days, from May 2 (Fri) to May 4 (Sun), 2025, at Intex Osaka (Suminoe Ward, Osaka City). In addition, we are excited to announce the launch of a Main Visual Contest for the event.

The 3rd Annual Osaka Comic Convention 2025 Confirmed!

The “Osaka Comic Convention 2025” will be held from May 2 (Fri) to May 4 (Sun), 2025!
Since its first edition in 2016, the Tokyo Comic Con has been held annually in the Kanto region. In May 2023, the event expanded to Osaka for the first time as “Osaka Comic Con 2023.” During the event, a total of eight celebrity guests, including Mads Mikkelsen, Orlando Bloom, Millie Bobby Brown, and Michael Rooker, graced the event. There were also displays of movie props (used in films), cosplay meetups, and other activities, drawing a total of 51,675 fans over the three days.
The “Osaka Comic Con 2024” saw even more excitement, with 11 celebrity guests including Jason Momoa, Tom Hiddleston, and Norman Reedus. More than 61,000 Comic Con fans attended, making it an even bigger success than the first year.

Now, the much-awaited third edition of Osaka Comic Con will be held from May 2 (Fri) to May 4 (Sun), 2025! Various events, including exhibitions, photo and autograph sessions with Hollywood stars and international celebrities, and more, will be held at Intex Osaka.

Main Visual Contest for Osaka Comic Con 2025 Announced!

In addition, the highly popular Main Visual Contest, held at Tokyo and Osaka Comic Cons, will also take place for “Osaka Comic Con 2025”! This contest determines the year’s Main Visual, which will serve as the symbol of the event. The contest is open to both professionals and amateurs, so anyone can participate!
In the “Osaka Comic Con 2024,” the Grand Prize was awarded to the work of Japanese artist Sanpei Hirado, known for his work on music video illustrations, goods, magazine and book covers, character designs, and more. His design was featured on posters, pamphlets, and various other materials, adding to the event’s visual appeal. Sanpei Hirado also participated in the event, meeting fans and receiving great praise.

All entries to the Main Visual Contest will be displayed at the “Osaka Comic Con 2025” venue. The Grand Prize-winning work will be used on the event website, brochures, venue boards, and various Comic Con merchandise. Additionally, the winner will receive a booth (1 booth) in the Artist Alley, where creators of Marvel Comics, DC Comics, and other American comics also showcase their work each year.

We are looking for designs for the Main Visual of Osaka Comic Con 2025. We welcome works inspired by movies, comic books, and the event’s theme.
Note: Only original works that have not been published domestically or internationally are eligible.

Runner-up (1 winner): 3-Day Pass for Osaka Comic Con 2025 (pair)

Open to all, both professionals and amateurs. (Minors must have parental consent.)

Submit your work via the official website’s submission form.
Artwork Size: A1 size (594mm x 841mm) / 350 dpi resolution / CMYK
Upload the artwork as a ZIP file through an online file-sharing service and include the upload link in the submission form.
Please note that only digital submissions will be accepted. If you create the artwork by hand, please photograph it and submit the image file.

Result Announcement:
Results will be announced in mid-February 2025 after careful review by the committee. Winners will be notified via email.

Important Notes:
Submissions must be original works that do not feature existing characters owned by other companies.
By submitting your work, you agree to the transfer of rights for the Grand Prize, Runner-up, and Award for Excellence artworks to the event organizers.
The Osaka Comic Con logo may be added to the submitted artwork, and by entering, you consent to this.
The Grand Prize winner’s artwork will be used on the official website, in brochures, on Comic Con merchandise, and in other promotional materials.
The Runner-up and Award for Excellence works may be used in promotional materials as well.
The rights to the contest prizes are non-transferable and must be claimed by the original winner.
The contest prizes cannot be resold on online auction sites.
