In order to make “Osaka Comic Con” be like the freely participative comic conventions held in Japan, the cosplay genres allowed are not limited to American comics, and it is possible to participate with cosplays of all kinds of comics, novels, games, or tokusatsu works, domestic and foreign.
Please wear the costumes of your favorite characters and come enjoying the great atmosphere of the Osaka Comic Con.

Cosplay participation

Cosplay registration is required to attend the event in cosplay. A separate "Osaka Comic-Con 2024 Entrance Ticket" is required to enter the venue.
Those who have purchased tickets must exchange them for a "Cosplay Participation Card" at the reception desk.
Use of the cloakroom is free for registered cosplayers.
We have also prepared "Early Bird Dressing Room Use Participation Certificate" which allows you to use the dressing rooms from 8:00 a.m.
(Advance purchase only. Please note that the hours of use may be subject to change for operational reasons.)
If you only wear fan goods such as a cape or a cape, you do not need a Cosplay Participation Certificate. However, if you wear something that covers your face or if you bring weapons or sculptures to the venue, you will need to register as a cosplayer for security reasons, even if you do not use the changing rooms.
Elementary school students and younger may enter the changing rooms free of charge, accompanied by one parent or guardian of the same sex only if the parent or guardian is not cosplaying. *If a parent or guardian is also cosplaying, please prepare a cosplay ticket for one person.

* A separate "Osaka Comic-Con 2024 Entrance Ticket" is required to enter the venue.

参加規約

「大阪コミコン」では日本で開催されるコミックコンベンションらしい自由な参加型イベントを目指すため、原則的にコスプレのジャンルはアメコミに限定せず、国内外全てのコミック、ノベル、ゲーム、特撮作品のキャラクターのコスプレで参加が楽しめます。
参加されます皆様の好きなキャラクターのコスプレを身に纏い、この期間限定の素敵な空間をお楽しみください。

基本禁止事項

イベント会場外での撮影⾏為
過度な肌の露出。下着または下着に見えるものを露出する行為
現行、旧来問わず実際に使用された制服・軍服の着用（漫画やアニメ、映画に出てくる架空のものは可）
刃物類、火気類、その他危険性のある小道具の持込み
特定の団体や人種・ジェンダー・宗教・政治・歴史・文化を批判、または揶揄する恐れのある表現

参加について

コスプレ参加の方は、大阪コミコン入場券＋コスプレ参加証をご購入ください。
各参加証には、販売上限枚数を設定いたします。前売り販売で完売した場合、当日の参加証販売はありません。購入できなかった方は、イベントにご参加いただけませんのでご了承ください。（イベント開催のガイドラインに則って、追加販売を行う可能性もあります。）
イベント開催中は、必ず「コスプレ参加証」を携帯ください。スタッフよりお声がけさせていただく場合があります。

衣装・小道具・更衣について

更衣は大阪コミコン事務局が用意した更衣室にてお願いします。トイレでの着替え、メイクは禁止です。事務局の更衣室では、緊急・非常時の際は、異性のスタッフがお声がけをしてから更衣室内に立ち入ることがあります。
更⾐室を利⽤される⽅は利⽤時間の短縮にご協⼒お願い致します。
更衣室内では携帯電話やデジタルカメラ、音楽プレーヤーなどの電子機器類は全て手荷物にしまってください。スタッフの判断で参加者様の手荷物を確認させて頂く事があります。
移動時は、⾐装・武器・⻑物等がぶつからないよう周囲へのご配慮をお願い致します。
丈の短いスカートや着物はスパッツなど肌を隠すものを着用ください。
下着や局部が⾒えない露出対策をして頂き、モラルに反しないようご協⼒お願い致します。
コスプレの内容や種類によって引き起こされた不利益や事故に対しては、主催者及び運営事務局は責任を負いません。
更⾐室や会場を汚してしまう恐れのある⾐装でのご参加はご遠慮下さい。
衣装やお持ちの小道具が「迷惑防止条例」「軽犯罪法」「銃刀法」に当てはまらないかをご確認ください。
血糊は完全に乾いた状態でご使用ください。リキッドタイプなどの血糊の使用は会場を汚す可能性がある為禁止致します。
先端が鋭利な⼩道具、武器等は袋などに仕舞った状態での持ち歩きのご協⼒をお願い致します。
本物のナイフ、真剣や、発射可能なモデルガンなど、危険な⼩道具の持ち込みはご遠慮下さい。
モデルガンに関しては必ず弾などを抜き、発射不可な状態にしてご持参頂くようお願い致します。
当⽇スタッフがお声掛けさせていただく場合もございます。その際はイベントスタッフの指⽰にご協⼒下さい。
全身タイツ等著しくボディラインが出る衣装に関しましては「ニップレス」「ファールカップ」等を着用をお願い致します。
参加者が小学生以下で、更衣室を利用される場合は保護者がコスプレをしない場合に限り同性の保護者1名が付き添いで更衣室内に入場可能です。（付添の方のチケットは不要）保護者の方もコスプレをされる場合は、2名分のチケットをご用意ください。

写真撮影・交流について

長時間にわたる撮影場所の占有はご遠慮下さい。スタッフが声をかけさせて頂く場合があります。
下着が見えるようなポージング、過度なローアングルからの撮影はご遠慮下さい。
三脚に関して場所を占有をしすぎない、動線の邪魔にならないようであれば原則として使用可能です。場合によってはスタッフが声をかけさせて頂く場合があります。
通行の妨げになるような大型機材を使用しての撮影はご遠慮下さい。
写真撮影、動画撮影、交流のマナーに関しては節度ある行動にご協力下さい。
撮影ポーズや握手、2ショット撮影などのスキンシップは、被写体の方の承諾を得た上でお願い致します。
被写体となる方の承諾のない撮影はご遠慮下さい。
インターネットへのアップロード、雑誌や書籍へのメディア投稿・掲載をする際は、被写体となる方への許可を取った上でご判断下さい。
盗撮、赤外線などによる透過撮影を発見した場合は、その場でのデータ削除及び警察等へ通報させて頂きます。
長物、銃器、ラケット、ボールなどの小道具は撮影ポーズ以外での使用はご遠慮下さい。また、振り回したり、蹴ったり、投げたりといった行為もご遠慮下さい。

セレブとの写真撮影について

コスプレをしてセレブとの写真撮影をご希望の方はあらかじめコスプレ入場口にあるコスプレ受付にてコスプレ登録をしていただき「コスプレ参加証」を入手して下さい。
各セレブとのコスプレ撮影に関しましてはスタッフの判断により危険とみなされたり特定の差別表現になると判断された場合、該当のコスプレの着脱をお願いする場合がございます。その着脱が困難な場合は該当のコスプレでの撮影をお断りすることがございます。
